There is a new horror anthology film in the works and to be directed by Mark Pavia with stories from one of our favorite Horror Masters, Stephen King. It is titled The Reaper’s Image and we have the rundown on the stories included in the anthology.

October 23rd, 2011 Absinthe I have always hoped for a big screen adaption of King’s The Stand. I am not sure how they will pull it off, but there is good news. Ben Affleck is the man Warner Bros. is eyeing to adapt and direct The Stand, another adaptation of Stephen King’s famous novel.

September 2nd, 2011 Absinthe Director Pablo Macho Maysonet IV has adapted Stephen King’s novel, The Things They Left Behind into a feature film via King’s Dollar Baby program, in which a few selected filmmakers are able to create a film from a Stephen king story for $1. This also gives them an opportunity to work with King himself.

According to Variety: Universal’s Dark Tower movie trilogy and interlocking TV series, seen as a hugely ambitious project from the start, may wind up being too big for the studio’s appetite.
